VIDEOPRO
Video Imaging & ID Card Production System

Included as part of the CampusONE suite is VideoPRO – an image capture and ID card design and production system. VideoPRO is not an add-on to iAMECS Advanced but an integral part of this powerful all campus card system.

With an unlimited number of card designs available, VideoPRO offers the ability to easily and creatively create separate ID cards for students, staff, and faculty, as well as cards for summer groups and visitors. Utilizing cutting-edge “Snap” technology, our state-of-the-art Auto Cameras allow operators to effortlessly capture images in under one second, generating shorter lines at card offices and more convenience for the student.

Our design software – VideoPRO Card Designer – makes it simple to produce designs for ID cards. User-friendly controls allow the placement of multiple pictures, barcodes, and logos anywhere on the front or back of the card. Card Designer also allows for large graphics and supports overlaying text on graphics and text-on-text. VideoPRO Card Designer makes barcode design easy and our powerful color bar feature allows the user to put identifiers representing almost anything on the card. This feature is excellent for quick recognition of who is faculty and who is a student, or even distinguishing students by year.

Since VideoPRO is an integrated component of CampusONE, captured cardholder images are available for display in Reports, in Campus Center, on administrator screens, and even on the SurePOS 500 POS terminals and the Tempest Card Readers. This makes for a higher level of card security everywhere on campus.

Additionally, CampusONE offers Mobile VideoPRO, the wireless video imaging solution. Using one of our wireless readers with built-in cameras, users can easily extend their VideoPRO system anywhere on or off campus. The Mobile VideoPRO solution can be very useful in a number of situations such as large-scale re-cardings, or even to capture an image of the President of the school without requiring him to leave his office.
