CampusONE One Card System

Campus Center’s home page is completely customizable. Whichever applications you choose to use will display in the sidebar. Also, any messages you wish to send to students (i.e. “You owe a parking fine”) can be set to display prominently on the home page when the cardholder logs in.

Easily check the balances of any available cardholder accounts. A full record of transaction histories is also available. There’s even an option for cardholders to transfer funds between accounts if you allow them to.

Cardholders can make deposits securely and in real-time using Campus Center from any web-enabled computer or smartphone. Cardholders can also authorize access for any other individual (i.e. a parent) to log in to Campus Center to deposit funds.

Cardholders can automatically disable the user of their card directly from Campus Card. You can even allow them the option of reissuing their own cards.

Cardholders can view and pay any outstanding fines using any of their declining balance accounts. Also, administrators can organize and control any fees for cardholders to easily pay. A message can be displayed on the home page of Campus Center alerting the cardholder to any fines they may have.

Box Office makes managing ticket sales and events easy. Tickets can be bought or reserved directly from Campus Center, eliminating the need to print paper tickets. Funds can be deducted from any approved declining balance account. When an event ends the listing is automatically removed. Events are listed by login, so if a Freshman-only event is posted only Freshmen will see the event.

Give cardholders the ability to make remote purchases without the need for additional hardware at the vendor location. Cardholders view the vendor page(s) in Shopper, select the desired items and choose the method of payment (CampusONE account or credit card.) When the transaction is confirmed the vendor receives an email with the order details. For on-campus dining, orders can even be sent directly to an IP-networked printer. Shopper can be used for things like express take out in a café, supplies from IT, and even for charities and fundraising.

Cardholders no longer need to stand in line for parking permits; they can now be issued from any internet location. Cardholders can register their vehicle, view parking permit information and edit their registered autos. A registration fee can also be displayed and paid for right on the page.

We’ve taken all the work out of college voting. Campus Center easily manages complex voting and survey situations involving an unlimited number of specialized groups. Votes can be multiple choice or yes/no, and since the actual tally can be displayed at the end of the voting period, results are calculated instantly and there is no need to post results.
